Business Development Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
  • Develops and executes a strategy for discovering and securing user acquisition opportunities either online or offline.
  • Achieve monthly goals / channel goals as assigned by management.
  • Manage and track clients, partners, and users’ budget and optimize ROI
  • Drive aggressive membership growth with particular emphasis on video sharing service, blogs, social media, and so on.
  • Maintain clients relationship and develops negotiation strategies by evaluating risks and potentials.
  • Build relationships with business partners, potential customers, and business contacts in order to attract new users and enhancing the reputation.
  • Perform market analysis, identify users and competitor insights and create GoCashBack its own level strategy to help define and execute the strategy and priorities.
  • Identify, negotiate and execute business development opportunities in support of the company's strategic goals.
  • Other related projects as needed.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in related field required.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English (Excellent oral and written communication skills)
  • Background in related marketing with a minimum of 1 years’ experience preferred.
  • Experience of digital marketing to include CPC, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, e-mail marketing, blog marketing, etc. a plus.
  • Experience of mobile / app marketing a plus.
  • Have passion for shopping and saving money a plus.
  • Be able to close deals and achieve goals.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and the ability to solve problems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationship with diverse teams and partners.
